How can you assist us to see conflicted relationships as supportive relationships?

Blessed Ones, your relationships offer many pearls of wisdom and many spiritual tests and lessons to both you and the ones with whom you are in relationship with.  For you to have a supportive relationship with another, you must approach each relationship in this way.  Every relationship is a supportive relationship.  Every relationship will assist you to grow in your understanding, your wisdom and your personal power, if you will allow it.  Each relationship is a mirror of the lessons and the spiritual growth you are in the process of integrating.  For the other person, it is so also, as you will each mirror to the other, the lessons and tests which harmonize within the relationship to enhance your learning experience.  Each relationship may become supportive for each person when you will understand this, and you will approach each interaction in the allowing and acceptance of your lessons and tests.

You must have the understanding that you are also assisting the other in gaining wisdom and spiritual growth.   Allowing this relationship to present these lessons and tests will bring you clarity within the relationship, and harmony where there may have been none. You have the responsibility to be supportive to the other person, as many are in victim consciousness.  When you are aware of this, as you hold a higher vibration, you must stand in your integrity and you must intentionally hold the higher vibrations.  It is your responsibility as a Master to be in truth, and assist the other, when you are aware they are in victim consciousness.  Sometimes, it is as simple as giving no response, as a response which “pushes their buttons”, is a response which continues their belief in their status as a victim.  Hold the vibration of love and you will assist them as greatly as you are able to, and you will have responded in the way of a Master.   You will have enhanced your spiritual growth also.

How can you assist us to remain in love and neutrality, rather than judgment?

Dear Ones, when you are in judgment, you are not right with Self.  You are projecting onto another that which you are out of balance with, within Self.  Practice through deep breathing, and repeating the word, “neutrality”.  This practice will assist you into peace and harmony, all being of much the same vibration.  Neutrality is a great gift to assist you as you interact with another.  Holding the intention to remain in neutrality will allow you to set aside your own beliefs.  You are more able to remain in the love of your Sacred Heart when you are able to hold the vibration of neutrality.  This, Dear Ones, is a great tool to assist you in your relationships.

Beloved Masters and Teachers, what other wisdom would you like to offer at this time, to assist us in our relationships?

Dear Ones, see the potential within another.  See this blessed potential within each soul you are in relationship with.  See the potential for each person to be the Master Soul they came here to learn how to be.  See them as already having achieved this, as you see yourself already having achieved this.  You are each a Master Soul, realizing this potential within you now.  Each soul is an incarnation of God.  Approach your interactions with others in the way.  See the God Self in all others.  See the God Self in yourself.  It can be most difficult to see this in others that you have the closest relationships with, as these relationships are so “charged” with your beliefs about yourself and your beliefs and preconceived thoughts about how the other will respond and act.  Release these preconceptions, and open to the new potential of allowing the other to respond from their God Self.  Hold the vibration of Love and you will assist them to respond in this way and you will assist yourself to respond from your highest potential.

Your relationships provide you with the greatest opportunity for spiritual growth.  You may achieve and integrate a renewed understanding, wisdom, and belief in your own potential to expand into the Master consciousness, when you allow the vibration of this potential to permeate into your relationships.  Set aside preconceived beliefs and expectations and see yourself and all others, as God assisting God, to know God.

And finally, love each other, Dear Ones.  It is what you came here to do.  You came here to love.  Within this love you will, within your intentions of releasing negative, low vibrations, achieve the mastery that you came here to realize.  Embrace yourselves and all others, the earth, and all life forms in the vibrations of love.  It is your potential.  It is the potential of all life forms.  Every life form on earth responds to the vibrations of love.  Be this vibration, Dear Ones, you will transform yourselves, the earth, and all life.

We are the Ascended Masters. Our love surrounds you and we are here to assist you to be Love.  Call on us.  We will assist you to raise your vibrations to the vibrations of Love.

Please explain the concept of seeing others as our Master Teachers.

Dear Ones, you will assist yourselves greatly in your quest to bring harmony and balance into your relationships, when you see each interaction with another as an opportunity to learn.  You may be greatly assisted if you will stand back and see each one in your life as a Master Teacher.  It matters not if it is a close love relationship, if it is a family relationship, if it is a passing relationship with someone you meet in your daily life.  It could be in relationship to someone that your work with.  Each relationship is an opportunity to learn spiritual lessons.  Each opportunity will present you with growth and wisdom if you are willing to see your relationships from this aspect.

Your relationships are your greatest opportunity for growth, as you will be tested each day, and you will have lessons presented to you each day.  The people, places, and situations you draw to you are the exact people, experiences, and situations needed for you to learn lessons and gain wisdom.  You may simply use the term Master Teacher as you see each person you interact with, throughout the day.  This will be a very simple trigger and a reminder that this person has something to say to you, something to teach you, even if it is a very short encounter.  There is always something to be learned in every situation.  The interaction with another does not have to be one of stress, or charged emotions, to be a situation for learning and wisdom gained.  A simple conversation, may present much wisdom to you, if you are aware that the person you are speaking with has been drawn to you for a reason and has something of great value and wisdom to impart to you.

How can we assist ourselves to be open to this concept each day?

First and foremost, listen, Dear Ones.  Set aside the need to be right.  You ego greatly comes into play when one must continually speak in defense, pressing their own thoughts, beliefs and concepts upon another.  Listen and hear, truly hear what the other person has to say.  Allow them to speak all that they choose to speak and remain silent after they are finished speaking.  There will be a reduction of the charged energy of the situation, if it is one of stress, as the other person will know that they have been heard.  This, Dear Ones, allows you also, the time to choose your thoughts and words carefully, and stay centered in love.  When you remain in the state of love and listen, all can be resolved in love.  Deep breathing will assist you to stay centered in your heart, as you quietly listen.  Holding the thought form of this person as your Master Teacher, will assist you as you listen, and truly hear what it is that the other person has to teach you.  You will find yourselves able to express yourselves more clearly, when it is your turn to speak, when you have truly listened to the other person as your Master Teacher, as you stay centered in love.

Please explain the concept of raising the vibrations when we are interacting with others, to resolve situations which are out of balance and harmony.

Dear Ones, if you know you are about to engage in an emotionally charged encounter, take the time to meditate for a few minutes with the intention of raising your own vibrations to the highest possible vibrations you are capable of holding with ease and grace.  As you become adept in the process, you will be able to do it in only a few moments.  High vibrations will assist low vibrations to rise.  The low vibrations will seek equilibrium with the higher vibrations.  Intend to fill the room with the vibrations of love, intend for the situation to be resolved for the highest outcome for all concerned.  Intend for love, joy, harmony and balance and peace, to prevail.  Breathe deeply and call upon us to assist you to maintain the vibrations in the vibrations of love.  We will assist, you, but you must ask.  Call upon the Ascended Masters, and the angels and all beings of the Divine Law of One, which resonate with you.  We will assist you.  It is Cosmic Law that you must ask, before assistance may be given.

Dear Ones, you will find that miracles occur and situations that you thought had no resolution in the higher light, can be resolved in good will, with the highest outcome for all concerned.  It is the power of love and wisdom and the will to hold these vibrations, which has assisted you and all involved to bring balance and harmony into the situation.

What wisdom can you share with us, to help us to maintain balanced and harmonious relationships?

Beloved Ones, set your egos aside.  In relationships based on Christ consciousness, there is no room for the ego.  There is no room for the lower vibrations, fear, and the emotions of the ego.  You must set your intentions for every moment to be one of the God Self, to be a moment in your Christ consciousness.  You must set your intention to think, speak, feel, and act only in the God consciousness of your Divine Self.  Hold foremost in your mind that each soul is on their own journey, each soul is on a different path, a different journey than you are, and you must hold compassion and unconditional love for all souls.  Do not compare yourself to another, as you will find yourselves lacking.  There will always be souls who are farther along on their spiritual journey than you are, and do not compare yourselves to those that are seemingly not on their spiritual path.  Every soul is on their path at all times.  It is their choices made through free will, their thoughts, their actions, their feelings, which determine where they are on their path.  Superiority and inferiority are emotions of the ego.  It does not serve the highest good of any and all when comparisons of the ego are made with another.

Beloved Ones, you must set your boundaries, and hold your personal power in love and compassion as you hold the intention for the highest outcome at all times, in unconditional love.  Maintain your strength and courage with the intention to stay centered in peace and harmony.  You will find that you will indeed maintain peace, harmony, love, and joy even when others around you become unbalanced.  Your inner strength and love will assist them to return to balance and harmony.

Dear Ones, you are meant to walk as Masters. The Master remains calm and heart centered in love and will, wisdom and compassion, even as the Master claims their personal power, with kindness toward all.  It can be done, Dear Ones, and it is a path of great rewards.  As you climb the spiritual mountain, you will find that great strength, courage, trust, and faith will assist you greatly.  You will find that you are never alone and you will be assisted as much as we are able to assist you, as you show your dedication and your diligence and your perseverance to lift yourselves up to the higher realms, to your home among the stars.  Go the distance, Blessed Ones, go the distance.  You have only forgotten the joy, the love, the beauty, the harmony, the exquisiteness of the higher realms.  Each step of the way brings you new remembrance and new beginnings.

Call upon us, Dear Ones, Call upon us in love, in joy, in challenges.  Call upon us.

What wisdom can you offer to those who are struggling on their spiritual path?

Dear Ones, it is a time of great learning and accelerated growth.  Each of you chose to incarnate at this time, knowing that the path would be filled with many spiritual lessons and tests for each of you.  Do not despair, as you have all the spiritual gifts available to you to assist you on your journey.  As you incarnated you asked for and were given, the appropriate spiritual gifts to assist you in your transformation.  You must go into meditation and ask for your spiritual gifts to be activated, to be made aware to you and you must begin to use theses spiritual gifts to assist you.  Every soul on this planet has spiritual gifts available to them.

You must hold your determination at the forefront.  You must use discrimination and you must continue to trust that you are up to this challenge that is before you.  When you look back upon this lifetime, you will see it as a most blessed gift, the lifetime that you had been waiting for, for eons.  This is it, and the challenges are great.  In the human realm you say to each other, ‘that which is worth having is worth working for” and “what is worth having most is what you must work the hardest for”.

Sometimes the spiritual path requires you to release, as much as it requires you to work hard.  The hard work you will be required to do, comes to you in the form of educating yourself, as to the nuts and bolts of what is required to raise your consciousness.  You must do the work to stay within your heart center each Now Moment, which requires the diligence of noticing your thoughts each moment. There is the work which is required of you, of learning how to follow the straight and narrow path, of always making the highest choices of the Master.  You must ask yourself in each moment, if the choices you are making and the thoughts you are thinking are the thoughts, actions, and choices of a Master.  As you raise your consciousness, much is expected, as much is given.  You are expected to live in impeccability, as a Master.  Do not despair, Dear Ones, you have not been given more than you can handle.

The process of releasing the old outworn vibrations which no longer serve you will greatly assist you, as you raise your consciousness.  Releasing the low vibrations will make way for the new and higher vibrations, which will allow you to come into the peace and harmony, and the love and the joy, which you are seeking to be.

Meditate when you are in despair, when your trails and struggles seem so great.  Meditate and ask to connect to the Ascended Masters and the angels whom you resonate with.  We are here to assist you and we will help you in the moment to return to the love of your Sacred Heart, if you will connect with us.  Ask us to give you a shower of light and love. This will greatly assist you to return to the love of your Sacred Heart.  Feel our love, and you will return to balance and harmony within your heart.  Allow us to assist you.  Allow the company of the heavens to assist you.  You are never alone and we will assist you to the greatest extent allowed by Cosmic Law.  Bask in the vibrations of the Ascended Masters and feel the love and support offered to you.   You will greatly enhance your journey and you will move forward more easily and gracefully upon your spiritual path which you have chosen.

How do we come to the place of total surrender to God?

Beloved Ones, you must have a clear knowing of what it is you desire, and your desire must be that which is for your highest good and for the highest good of all.  You must be very clear about what it is that you desire.  Many of you vacillate from one moment to the next and you are not at all clear about what it is you choose to create.  God is most desirous of fulfilling all your dreams and desires, as God knows no lack and limitation.  This is the human condition which you have experienced in the third dimensional reality.  You are the God Source, so you too, are limitless, having every experience available to you which you choose to experience for your highest good and the highest good of all.

Be in meditation and breathe deeply and ponder upon the expansiveness and the limitlessness of God, of you, of all Creation.  Blend your consciousness, your physicality, and your total and complete awareness in this deep, deep knowing of all Creation.  This is you, Dear Ones.  Feel this.  Incorporate it into your very Beingness.  For you are all Creation.  Draw this substance of all Creation into your physical body, your mental and emotional bodies, and fill your heart with the love of the Creator, this unconditional love of Source.  Meditate upon this often, and each time you do so, surrender to this unconditional love of all creation, surrender to the God Source.  It is you.  Surrender to this knowing. Surrender and allow this life force to flow through you unimpeded.  This, Dear Ones, is the surrender you are asking for and in this moment you may surrender your desire and dreams to the God Source, to all Creation, and know that you are in alignment with all Creation, as you have asked for your dreams and desires to be for your highest good and the highest good of all Creation.  As you are in the universal flow of life force substance, you are in the flow of abundance, love, joy, peace and harmony and the fulfillment of your desires.

How do we find the place of trust and faith?

Trust and faith is a byproduct of raised consciousness.  As you begin to let go of that which no longer serves you, you come into the awareness that there is no separation, there is only One Mind, One Heart, and that is the mind and heart of God and it is the mind and heart of you.  As you begin to understand, and know this truth, you develop the wisdom of the knowing and along with this wisdom, comes the ability to trust and have faith that you are One with the God Mind and One with the God Heart.  All that God knows and experiences is yours for the asking.  God knows only light without needing to know darkness.  There becomes trust and knowing and faith that this experience is available to you also, as you are God.

How do we “let go and let God”?

Breathe Dear Ones, with the conscious intention of letting go of all that no longer serves your highest good. Breathe with the intention of filling yourselves with the vibration of the All That Is.  There is no need to hold tightly to all that you desire in the human realm.  The All That Is knows all your dreams and desires and there is no room for lack and limitation within the All That Is.  Fill yourselves with the All That Is, breathe it in, breathe and breathe continually.  Breath in the prana, the elixir of life and you will have no room for the lower vibrations which limit you and block your manifestation of your dreams and desires.  Fill yourselves with the All That Is, Dear Ones.  It is so simple yet most do not understand how vital is the process of deep breathing, and how this fills your very Being with the God Source.  You have “let go and let God”, when you fill each Now Moment in this way.

What other wisdom would you like to offer at this time?

Dear Ones, release the old patterns of low self worth.  You are the God Source and the Divine Mind.  The Divine Mind knows only unconditional love, as the Divine Mind is unconditional love.  You are the Divine Mind.  Feel it, breathe it, Be it.  And fill your moments with this unconditional love.  Feel this love in meditation and every moment as you breathe.  Know that this love is you, and fill yourselves with this love, be this love and fill your field with this love.  Look in the mirror every day and see the beautiful Being that you are, and love yourself as you look at your reflection in the mirror.  Love the beautiful physical body which is your vessel which you have chosen for this lifetime.  It has served you well and will continue to serve you well if you will shower it with love and take care of it as befitting of a Divine vessel of God.

Love yourselves, Dear Ones, and as you do, you will radiate this love outward to the earth and humanity and all life forms.  You will be filled to overflowing with love, and your life will be filled with abundance and miracles and you will have a bounty of love to share with all those around you.  You will not only greatly assist yourselves in the transformation you desire, but you will greatly assist the earth and all life forms in this great shift of the ages.

Hello Dear Ones,

The question has been asked:  “What is bilocating?”  This question has come up in response to Helio’s Message, regarding the Ascension Seats.  Here is some information for those who would like to know more about bilocating.

We all have the ability to split ourselves into many facets of ourselves.  Each facet is a full replica of “us” in the etheric form.  This facet of ourselves is also called another Creator “split off cell” of ourselves.  When we consciously travel in our etheric form, it is called bilocating.  We can bilocate in meditation, by simply asking our guides and angels to take us to one of the ascension seats and they will take us there, in our etheric form.  We remain in the physical, yet an etheric aspect of ourselves, travels to the ascension seat, so we are in two places at once.  We can travel to many destinations, as appropriate, in this way.  For instance, we can travel to the Pyramids of Light and to the cities of Light.  We can also leave an etheric replica of ourselves in the fifth or higher dimension, such as in our personal Pyramid of Light, for those who have created it for themselves.

We have aspects of ourselves in each of the higher dimensions, which we are in the process or reintegrating with.  When we came down through the dimensions, into the third dimension, we had to split ourselves into aspects of our Selves, as we could not bring our full glorious Selves into the third dimension. There are aspects of our Selves in every dimension.  At this time, we are in the process of reintegrating and merging with the fifth dimensional aspect of our Selves.

As we raise our consciousness and practice bilocating, some of us leave etheric aspects of our Selves in several places, to assist in the ascension process.  We are also able to multiple locate and be in several places at a time, as we become comfortable with the practice of  bilocating.  When Mastery is achieved, one of the spiritual gifts which may be given to a Master, is the art of bilocating the physical body.  The Master can be physically in two places or more on the planet, at the same time, through their conscious intention.

We all have the ability to bilocate and each time we do, we bring some of the rarified light of the higher dimensions, back to incorporate into our physical bodies.

Enjoy bilocating, it is a beautiful spiritual gift available to each of us, to assist us in raising our vibrations.

“Getting To Know Your Solar Logos, A Dialog”

Question:  What are your responsibilities as Solar Logos?

Hello Dear Ones,

It is a good question to be asked, as not many are familiar with my position as your Solar Logos.  As Solar Logos I have spent many millennia preparing for this responsibility.  It is a position which is most important in holding the balance for your solar system.  There is a delicate balance, of universal life force.  This balance is perfectly attuned to the God Source in maintaining life upon each planet, maintaining the balance for all life forms in the positions of each planet, and the relationship to your solar system within your galaxy, and within your universe.  There is much to be done, in the monitoring to maintain this balance.  It is as if a ship is being guided and steered upon the seas of life, the course is adjusted and maintained to stay on course.  These adjustments are directly related to the well being of your solar system and these adjustments are made in relationship to the astrological bodies exerting influence from positions far beyond your naked eye and your instruments.  Many of the influences upon your solar system are those which stem from the Godhead and I am directed by the God Source, as I make my adjustments.

There is indeed life upon all your planetary bodies.  As your beloved earth returns to her rightful position within the heavens, you will become aware of this life, as you will be living within the vibrations necessary to ascertain this life on other planets.  In your third dimension and with your instrumentation available to you, your planets appear to be lifeless.  This Beloveds, is an illusion of the third dimension.

Question:  What are Vesta’s responsibilities and how do you and Vesta work together?

Vesta and I work together in complete harmony and balance to maintain the health and well being of your solar system.  Vesta is the liaison to other planetary bodies, to the planetary Logos, as I maintain the fine tune balance for the vibrant health of your solar system.  We are in perfect harmony with all life within your solar system and are working in complete attunement to the ascension process which you are a part of.  It could be said that Vesta and I are the greeting committee for your solar system, as extraterrestrials come to visit and observe.  We maintain communication with visitors desiring entry to observe your world and planets within your solar system.  You might call us the social committee and the scientific exploration committee, as there are many who have desired entry to your solar system during these unprecedented times.

Question:  Will you please explain the etheric sun in relationship to the physical sun?

As Solar Logos, I and Vesta, reside upon your etheric sun, positioned just behind your earthly sun which you view in your dimension.  These bodies are separate, yet they are One, just as your etheric body is separate, yet it is One, and attuned to you and your Physical, mental and emotional bodies.  The etheric sun is the spiritual body of your sun.  It is not hot, it is cool and soothing.  As all direction comes to me and Vesta, from the God Source, we make the adjustments and refinements to allow these thought forms of the God Source to be expressed in the physical body of the sun, just as thought forms are first expressed in your etheric body and then within your physical body.

Question:  Are there communities or cities on the sun?

There is a great and grand community upon the etheric sun, golden light communities.  Our communities are just as solid to us as yours are to you, in your dimension.  There is much training done upon the inner plane, for those of you who desire to come during your sleep hours, to learn and expand your awareness beyond the planetary level.  There are not many of you at this time who are taking advantage of this Divine service offered to you, however your numbers are growing.  We also maintain the solar ascension seats for as many of you as choose to visit.  We have a healing chamber which will assist you in incorporating the key codes, fire codes and sacred geometry which will assist you as you raise your consciousness.  This sacred information is given to you in the form of downloads of light packets and you may ask to sit in the healing chamber and you will receive these downloads.  The solar vibrations offer a unique healing experience.  Each ascension seat you visit provides unique vibrations, designed to bring you into balance and harmony in an integrated manner.  You, Dear Ones, must do the work, of releasing and releasing all that no longer severs you on the planetary level, and there are those of you even able to begin the releasing of all the vibrations that no longer serve you at the solar level.  You will be monitored so that you will not go into overload, and we ask you, to claim your personal power and ask for the integration of these higher vibrations with ease and grace so you do not experience overload, and fall back upon the spiritual path.

Your beloved Father/ Mother God and the great Beings of the higher realms are providing you with all the tools needed to assist you as you ascend, and the company of the heavens is here to assist you with guidance and direction, to use these tools provided to you.  We are here with you in and love and support.  Call on us.

“Ascension Seats, A Gift To Raise Your Consciousness”

Dearly Beloveds,

This dear soul has asked for a description of ascension seats and their functionality.  The following will assist you in understanding ascension seats and their purpose.  Ascensions seats have been created to help you raise your consciousness and your vibrations to the level of fifth dimension awareness and beyond.  This is a process which is accomplished through many visits to the ascension seats.  Each time you visit an ascension seat you will incorporate wisdom and the vibrational essence which is unique to that ascension seat.  There are many ascension seats, each calibrated to provide you with a different aspect of conscious awareness and growth on your cosmic journey.  Each ascension seat is overlighted by an Ascended Master, or by a great Being of Light who will assist you in specific areas of your growth.

Ascension seats are calibrated to certain vibrations which will help you integrate light packets of wisdom which are downloaded to you as you sit in the ascension seat.  There are ascension seats available to you upon your planet, at a solar level, and at a galactic, universal and multi universal level.  There are cosmic ascension seats available to you also.  It is necessary to begin first to visit the ascension seats upon your planet, and as you raise you vibrations and your consciousness, you may begin to visit other ascension seats.  There are ascension seats given to you as a great gift by the Christed extraterrestrials such as the Arcturians, the Ashtar Command, the Syrians and the Pleiadians.   You may also visit the ascension seat on Venus.  These ascension seats are etheric, and you may visit an ascension seat by simply asking your guides and angels to take you to the particular ascension seat which you would like to visit.

Sit quietly and connect with your inner wisdom to determine which ascension seat is appropriate for you to visit in the Now Moment, and then ask your guides and angels to take you there.  You will bilocate to this ascension seat, where you will be greeted by the Beloved Ones ministering to you as you visit the ascension seat.  There are many ascension seats in each location, enough for as many of you who choose to visit, at any time.  Feel the unique vibration of the ascension seat and location you are visiting, and as you settle in for your blessed visit, know that you will be taken care of, and you will not be allowed to incorporate more of the living light than you are able to integrate with ease and grace.  You may sit in the ascension seat in the state of bilocation as you continue your activities in your earthly day, and you will know when your visit is complete.  Your guides and angels will complete the bilocation process by returning you to your physical body.  A visit to an ascension seat will most often last for one to two of your earthly hours.  You may ask to bilocate to an ascension seat as you go to sleep at night.  Visit the ascension seats daily, Beloved Ones.  It is a most blessed gift from those of the higher realms, to assist you on your journey home.

There are many of you who are of the vibration to access most all of the ascension seats available.  You will know who you are and you will be given access to these ascension seats, as you ask.  For most of you, we ask you to begin with visits to your earthly ascension seats.  These include an ascension seat at Mt Shasta, an ascension seat within Telos, an ascension seat in the Pyramid of Giza, and the ascension seat of the New Jerusalem, located over the southwestern states of your United States of America.  You may visit the Ascension seat of the etheric city of Shamballa, overseen by Lord Buddha, your Planetary Logos.  You may all also visit my solar ascension seat and I welcome you with great joy.  It will be as if you are surrounded and meld with liquid golden sunlight when you visit my ascension seat and I will greet you, as will my Lady Vesta and those who will minister to you as you sit in the solar ascension seat.  You will experience the blessing of a sojourn in the healing chamber of my ascension seat, calibrated to assist you with the healing of your four bodies, and polarized to the solar level of ascension to begin the healing process at the solar level as you integrate your four bodies into the solar level of liquid light.  There are many of you who are already accessing solar levels of ascension.  It is not linear and you have many levels of awareness available to you always.  You may find yourselves at a high level of consciousness in one aspect and a lower level of consciousness in another aspect of your Self.  My solar ascension seat will begin to help you integrate and bring into balance and harmony, these aspects of your Self at the planetary level, as you polarize the solar level of ascension.

Hello Dear Ones,

What a lovely day for a new post!  Independence Day, for those of you who are American.  If you have read Sananda’s June 2010  Message,  and Archangel Michael’s July 2010 Message, both posted on my website, what a lovely common thread, there is!  They ask us to claim our personal power!  This thread also is within Helio’s June Message, posted here,  toward the end of the message.

As we move into higher and higher vibrations, it becomes more and more important for us to claim our personal power.  We are the creators of our own lives.  Everything we experience has come into our lives because we have attracted it to us, through the thoughts that we think.  All of it!  If we choose to be bound within the lower ego desire body, we will be.  If we choose to create through our God Selves, then we will, but we must keep our thoughts focused on what we choose to create, for our highest good and the highest good of all Creation.  If we are unfocused and “scattered”, then we will create by default and have more of the same!

We can get up each morning and set our intention to claim our personal power.  We can say to ourselves “I claim my personal power today and every day, in service to the Divine”.  This sets the tone for claiming your power in the Now Moment.  Reaffirm as needed throughout the day.

Claiming our personal power applies not only to ourselves, but to claiming our personal power and maintaining boundaries with those around us.  We must establish clear boundaries with those in our lives, and hold our power within the boundaries we have set.  We must hold our power with love and compassion,  as we stand firm within our boundaries, in kindness always.

As the light on the planet increases, our creations are coming to us faster and faster.  Remember, think about what you desire, for your highest good and the highest good of all.  Don’t think about what you don’t desire.  It is that simple!  When you find yourself straying into the lower negative ego thoughts, cancel them, and return to the Love of your Sacred Heart.  Change your thoughts to the empowering thoughts of what you do desire, be it in the form of repeating this thought over and over to yourself, or in the form of affirmations, or both.  Hold the thought form for at least a minute or more, to cancel the old thought and to bring yourself back into the forward movement of what you are creating.  Thoughts held for at least a minute or more, build the energy of creation, much more than thoughts held for five or ten seconds.  Affirm, affirm, affirm!

We are here not only to master the spiritual plane, but to master the physical plane, and the mental and emotional planes, and to bring balance and harmony within these four planes, within our four bodies.  Mastering the physical plane includes not only the mastery of your physical body, but the mastery of the life you choose to create for yourself.  Claiming your personal power is key to this mastery.  Let us claim our personal power in ease and grace!

Enjoy and savor the journey Dear Ones, we have each chosen to be here in this most magnificent Now Moment.  Let us each be fully present within this Now Moment.  It is the most important life we will ever live on planet earth.

May you flow in the River of Life, in the Love of your Sacred Heart.

“You Are Limitless, Access The Wisdom Of The Cosmos”

Dearly Beloveds,

I am Helios, the Solar Logos of your Solar System.  I greet you with great love and joy in this opportunity to communicate with you through this dear soul.   I have been awaiting this time, as this dear soul too, has been awaiting this opportunity to connect with the great wisdom and love and understanding and joy, that is available through the higher realms.  We, of the higher realms await you, as you bridge the gap between the lower vibrations which you have been steeped in, and the higher vibrations which are being showered upon your planet, your solar system, and your galaxy.  It takes time, in the linear third dimension, and the fourth dimension, to incorporate this light and the higher vibrations.  The gap grows more narrow, less pronounced as those of you, with great determination, do the work that is needed for you to bridge this gap.

The wisdom of the cosmos is available to all of you.  This messenger is an example of this wisdom being accessed and brought forth.  Do not limit yourself to that which you see in your world of the third/fourth dimension.  This is linear, and only a very small part of who you are and what you have available to you on many levels, many dimensions, many planes.  It is a cosmic playground, so to speak.  Join the group who is upon the playground, in joy and in love, creating in harmony and beauty, with the knowing that all is not available to your naked eye in the third/fourth dimension, but never the less, it is there.  Embrace it, open your senses to it.  Know that you are a limitless, cosmic being, of such magnificence that you will only know when you have returned to the higher realms.

Begin to expand your consciousness beyond the planetary level, and open your awareness to the understanding of a bigger picture.  Open to the awareness, of solar level, galactic, universal and multi universal, and cosmic ascension.  We ask you to stay firmly grounded and plant your feet firmly upon your blessed mother earth, as you do this.  Your task at this time is to complete planetary ascension, and as you do so, you are to assist your mother earth and your brothers and sisters.  However, we ask you to open your awareness to the thought forms of ascension at the higher levels, a journey which is ongoing and continuous, as you reach new levels and new spiritual gifts, wisdom and awareness.  We ask you to do this so that you will bring into your experience, the concept and the understanding that you are limitless.  You are eternal, expansive beyond your knowing.  You are the God Core.  You are the God Mind.  This knowing will help you claim your personal power with a deeper understanding of your greatness, a deeper understanding of who you are.  Yet as you claim your personal power, you must claim it within the boundaries, of humility, humbleness, within the boundaries of your Sacred Mind, which if you listen, will present to you the qualities, of love, joy, compassion, wisdom, intuition, strength, and courage.  As your claim your personal power, your Sacred Heart and your Sacred Mind will never lead you astray, as you allow this wisdom, allow this love, to permeate and fill your being, with the wisdom of the Cosmos.

It is all available to you, blessed souls.  As Solar Logos, I am here to assist you, you have only to ask.  Feel the pulse of the Cosmic Heartbeat.  Connect with this pulse.  It is the pulse of God, the Heartbeat of God.  We are One in this Heartbeat throughout Eternity.

I am Helios, and I Bless you on your Sacred Cosmic Journey, as I am here with all those of the higher realms, ready to assist you.
