I do hope you enjoyed the message from Lord of Sirius.  Regarding the message, I have received emails asking about sacred sites.  For those who are unfamiliar with sacred sites, you may do an internet search for sacred sites around the world and find a wealth of information.  Please listen to your inner wisdom to guide you in knowing which sacred sites to assist in coming into full consciousness.

There are also sacred sites around us, where we live, which need our light, sites which are not on any formal list of sacred sites.  These may be natural land or water formations, or human made.  These sacred sites, which have not been considered sacred sites in the past, are being activated now, as these sites are free of the density, and low vibrations which humanity has infused into the earth.  The activation is part of the ascension process.  Please use your inner wisdom and guidance to assist these sacred sites, where you live.

Beloved Ones,

You have reached a turning point, yet another blessed shift, in your quest for mastery.  You have reached the point of light, the point where the light indeed is more powerful upon your planet than the darkness.  It may not seem so, yet it is an illusion, as is this lifetime you are living.  It is a very powerful illusion, one which you have each chosen so that you may experience the great gifts which you will receive, as you learn and incorporate your life lessons and tests.

Darkness is simply the absence of light, yet darkness brings fear and paralyzes you into inaction, a condition which is not conducive to your growth, it is not beneficial to you, to those around you and to all life and the earth.  Fear feeds on fear and continues to add to the illusion of chaos and destruction, which you are all rising above.  And indeed you are rising above it, dear ones.  Know that this is so, within the very core of your beings.  You are each a great divine being of light, how can it be any other than so?  You are pure light, you are the light of God and there is no darkness within this light.  This light is pure; it is teeming with adamantine particles.   It is the light of all creation, just waiting for you to let it in.  Let it flow dear ones, let it flow unimpeded, in your reality.  Let it flow in through your crown chakra; let it flow to and through you, filling your field and every aspect and facet of you.  Let it flow into mother earth, let it flow out to the planet and let it flow to all creation.  Let this light shine as the bright and blessed being, this great divine being of light which you are.

Step forth into your mastery, dear ones, Greatness is but a heartbeat away.  Greatness lies in your determination, your dedication, your perseverance, your great and burning desire to live God, to be God, to know and experience the light in every moment of your Now.  This is greatness, this is who you are, each and every one of you.  It is not for a chosen few, it is for every soul on this planet and every soul who is in the cycle of reincarnation for this planet.  It is now that the ascension is near, that you are needed more than ever, to flow, be, and live this God Light, to be and shine your magnificent light in every now moment.

We, upon the shining light called Sirius, have been with you, since the inception of your incarnations upon your blessed planet earth.  We have nurtured those who would hold the light even as your planet fell into darkness.  We have assisted and been a way station for those who have continued in their dedication and determination to lift your planet up from the effluvia of the third dimension.  We have been here with you, and hosted your blessed souls, assisting them in their learning process on the inner planes, as they have raised their consciousness to return to the fold of the family of light.

Sirius has been a way station in your universe, for those of the light, to visit, to incorporate their wisdom into the tapestry of life for those of you who are ready to have new wisdom, new teachings, which will assist your technology and your growth in all ways.  It is wondrous, the assistance which has been offered by those of the Christed light, those who are so ready and willing to lend their assistance, to you and your beloved planet, as you ascend into the light.

Reach out to us, your brothers and sisters on Sirius.  Go into meditation with the intention to connect with me, to connect with the blessed Christed beings of Sirius.  Set your intention to connect with the blessed group vibration of the ascended masters.  Sirius has been a gathering point, a way station for these blessed beings, who have delayed their progression and growth in the light, to assist you in yours.  As you move more fully into the light, these blessed beings, will begin to make their focal point the planet earth.  It is already happening, beloved ones.  More and more, the ascended masters, the Council of Light, are gathering on your planet, as they once again, fully make Mt. Shasta, Shambhala, and other sacred sites their home.  As crystalline activations are completed in the fullness of the diamond light, the Council of Light will once more take up residence in many sacred locations which have received the full light of the diamond crystalline vibration.

Go into meditation, allow yourselves to be open to receiving the vibration of a sacred site which will resonate with you.  With this resonation, you will also feel the vibrations and resonation of the ascended masters associated with this sacred site.  Add your light to the whole, dear ones; add your light to the fullness of the vibrations of the diamond light to assist the sacred sites into full consciousness.  They too, are conscious, make no mistake.  Just as your mother earth has consciousness, so do the sacred sites and nodes of power, through the added influence and continuity of the formation of particular grids and leylines which are most significant to each sacred site.  Flow your light to the sacred site which resonates with you, dear ones.  Flow your light and assist the coming into full consciousness and power of the diamond light, for this sacred site.

You are needed, each and every one of you.  As you assist your beloved mother earth, embrace her in joy.  You are each earth keepers, each and every one of you, as you agreed to be a steward and keeper of your earth and all life forms.  Step into the impeccability of this position which you so lovingly and joyfully agreed to.   Be with it, quietly, and ask for validation.  Ask to feel the love of your earth, of these sacred sites you are to assist.  Ask for the validation within your sacred heart; ask for the validation however it may come to you.  And then let it be, dear ones, step into the fullness of your position as an earth keeper as you honor and nurture, and love and cherish your earth and all life forms.

Step into this impeccability dear ones, and you will find that you no longer desire to support those who would desecrate your beloved mother earth, in the pillaging of her resources.  Your beloved planet will share her resources willingly with you, if you will only open your consciousness to the technology which is being offered to you.  It is placed in the ethers for you to tap into.  Do so now, beloved ones, do so and lift yourselves up and your planet, into the flow and synchronicity of abundance, which will begin to flow through you, as you make use of the new technology available to you.  This technology will set you free, and it will honor your earth in gentle use of her resources.

We are with you in great love and assistance.  We are a way station, a great center of learning for you, as you travel the inner planes.  Visit us, visit our ascension seats, call on us.  We are Christed beings, with you through eternity, celebrating with you, this blessed time of ascension.

“A Most Wondrous Time For The Growth Of Humanity”

Beloved Ones,

It is a most blessed time to speak with you.  Many of you are celebrating your traditions which create a great heart opening for you.  You celebrate the occasion of the birth of Christ and you find at this time, it is a most wondrous event which brings you together with your birth families. It brings you together with others.  It brings you into your heart and into a place of nonjudgment, of kindness, of love, of acceptance of others.  It brings you into compassion, a willingness to understand and forgive others.  It is a most wondrous time for individual growth and a most wondrous time for the growth of humanity.

Take special care at this time, to re-member what you have come here to do.  Take the time even as you are busy with the activities which surround your holy events.  Take the time to meditate, to enter the sacred space of your heart.  Take the time to feel the love and the wisdom, which is your God Self in connection with you, the personality, the conscious mind, the human ego.  Take this time, beloved ones, as your hearts are so open.  There is the willingness for the new to come in, and the willingness to be allowing of others.  It is in the allowing that you may find peace and wisdom and the great love which you so desire.  It is in the allowing that the judgment falls away.  Criticism becomes of the past, intolerance also falls away, as in the allowing, the heart becomes filled with love and compassion, and one may ultimately move into the state of beingness, as one claims their personal power, in this love and compassion.

The Cosmic heartbeat within you expands with love, the unconditional love, which creates bliss and great wisdom and the state of beingness, you so desire.  The expansion of the Cosmic heartbeat within you will assist you in focusing on the allowing of unconditional love.  The expanded heartbeat, when focused upon, will allow no other.  It will allow no lower vibrations, no lower emotions; there is only the love of the Sacred Heart, the love of the Cosmos, the expansion of the wisdom of the universe into the cosmic wisdom.   This expansion of the Cosmic heartbeat within each of you, opens you to new beginnings, new opportunities, as you raise your consciousness to new levels of wisdom and understanding.  It is a glorious opportunity at this time, and one which is not only offered to you through your holy days, but an opportunity which is presented to you through the shifting energy of the December Solstice and the Lunar Eclipse.

The astrological events before you present great opportunity if you each seize the moment.  Take this opportunity to strengthen your understanding of your oneness with the earth, all life forms, and your planetary system and your sun.  Focus at this time, on expanding your field to include all the planetary bodies of your solar system.  It is a time for you to have a greater awareness and true understanding of your heritage, and your connection with all life.  Allow the expansiveness to flow into your field, and allow this expansiveness to fill your heart and strengthen the Cosmic heartbeat within you.  Allow the beat to find its natural rhythm and pulse, and simply be this heartbeat.  As you pulse with the planetary bodies of your solar system, become comfortable with this strength of the pulse of the heartbeat.  Take the time to open your heart in love and joy, to this connection.

Once you have done this for awhile, bring the pulse, the heartbeat, closer to home, closer to you and your oneness with the earth and all life forms.  Feel the pulse of the Cosmic heartbeat fill earth and all life forms.  Sit with the heartbeat pulsing through you and the earth and all life.  It is a most magnificent moment, this pulse of the Cosmic heartbeat, a moment of knowing that all that every soul speaks, acts, feels and thinks, is one with every other life form and mother earth.  With the pulse, this can be felt and understood, and a great knowing comes to pass of the interconnection of all life.   Expand this knowingness, as you radiate it out to all life forms and the earth.  It is a great gift for each of you, wisdom which can transform you and your relationships with others and your interaction with your planet and all life forms.

Your blessed earth awaits you, each of you to be her heartbeat, as she is your heartbeat, as all life is your heartbeat.

“The Embodiment Of A Planet…Your City Of Shambhala”

Please explain how a Planetary Logos embodies a planet and all life forms.

Beloved and blessed ones, it takes great training for a being of the higher realms to learn how to embody a planet and all its life forms.  This training is voluntary, each soul chooses a path upon their evolution, as they graduate the school of the third dimension, pass through the fourth dimensional vibrations and move into the harmony and love and joy and abundance of the fifth dimensions.  One must reach a balance within their evolution; one must have achieved integrated mastery.  Only then, may a soul move into training to be a Planetary Logos.  The training is extensive, and takes great patience, dedication, and fortitude.  Many choose other paths, as one must learn to hold a thought form to completion, in the sense that a soul must learn how to wrap their auric field around the planet and all souls.  In the beginning, this enfolding is in a general sense.  The soul must learn to hone their skills.  The soul must then learn to pinpoint a soul, a life form, a drop of water, a budding seedling, a new born cub of the animal kingdom.  This soul in training must learn how to communicate in great detail, with the earth mother, as this soul is responsible for maintaining the well being and the form of the earth and all life forms.  As humanity has had free will, it is this soul’s purpose, to hold the form and maintain it, with compassion, and non judgment.

This soul also experiences great growth, through the experience of being a Planetary Logos.  The training involved may take millions of years.  As the soul in training becomes ready and able to hold the form of the planet and all life forms, they take an initiation, and join the hierarchy of the Planetary Logos. The soul, who becomes a Planetary Logos, must hold the capacity for great and expanded unconditional love.  This love must touch and encompass each and all life forms on the planet as well as the planet itself.

The Planetary Logos maintains a close and detailed knowledge of each and every life form and is aware at all times of the growth of each life form.  As a life form reaches a new level upon their path, an initiation is given, and this initiation, for those on earth, is given within the halls of Shambhala.  As the planet progresses on its path, it too, will take initiations, and move into the higher realms.  Your earth will eventually become a bright and shining star, as she takes her place among the stars of the higher realms.  She too, is experiencing great growth, and the most difficult of the birthing process is soon to be complete.  As your earth transitions into the fifth dimension, her initiations will no longer be taken with great distress and physical upheaval.  Her initiations will be taken in the love and joy which is her divine birthright, just as it is yours.  All life forms on your earth will eventually return to this state and live in peaceful coexistence with each other, side, by side.

Please describe the etheric city of Shambhala.

Your legendary city of Shambhala exists in the higher realms.  It has always existed in the time line of your earth.  It was visible and easily accessible in times past, but as your civilizations fell into the density of the third dimension and drew the planet and all life forms into density, your city of Shambhala remained in etheric form in the higher realms, watching over, blessing, and maintaining a light force in your etheric atmosphere.  Shambhala has anchored the thought form of what will once again be, upon your earth.  This thought form has been anchored in place for eons, to assist you, as you began to awaken, and draw in the life force substance, the prana, the breath of life.

Shambhala is most beautiful.  It is the dream you hold of the pearly gates of heaven, of floating on clouds, of beauty, of harmony.  This dear ones, is your remembrance of times past when you had access to the beauty of Shambhala, and to the wisdom of Shambhala.  Yet Shambhala is not just a haven to visit, in rest and relation.  One may always rest and enjoy the beauty, yet one comes to Shambhala with a purpose.  One comes to Shambhala when one is of the higher Council of Light, when one is of the spiritual hierarchy, when one has been invited to Shambhala, as an initiate of great consciousness and wisdom.  There are those on your planet who visit Shambhala on a regular basis, as they participate in the guidance and the facilitation of the teachings of the ascension.  These beings are most revered and honored for their dedication to their spiritual path.

When a being has risen to a new level of spiritual awareness, and has reached a level of initiation, the initiation is given at Shambhala, by me in the past, as Planetary Logos, and now by the Buddha.  It is a great honor to be invited to Shambhala to receive an initiation.  Most of you who take initiations, are not of aware of the process, this most often happens during your sleep time.

Many of you visit the ascension seats upon Shambhala.  This is open to all souls.  Take advantage of this beautiful gift being offered to you.  You have only to ask your guides and angels to take you to the etheric city of Shambhala and you will be greeted and welcomed with great love, as you are brought to an ascension seat to bask in the light of the higher dimensions.  You will not be allowed to incorporate more than you can easily and gracefully handle.  You are monitored and will not be allowed to go into overload.  We welcome all of you, dear souls, to these ascension seats.  This beautiful city of Shambhala is yours, dear ones.  We of the higher realms have been entrusted to take care of it, to maintain its beauty, to be the keepers of the wisdom, so that you may once again become your own keepers of Shambhala, when you are ready.  That time is almost upon us.  In the meantime, come to our beautiful gardens, walk with us, talk with us, and enjoy the ascension seats, as you raise yourselves up on your spiritual path.

Who resides there, and what is their divine service?

There are many beings who reside in Shambhala.  Foremost, are your Planetary Logos, Buddha, and those who assist him in his duties.  There is an inner plane ashram of Shambhala.  Those of you who have reached a certain level of initiation, often come in your sleep to Shambhala, to participate in classes raising your spiritual level of awareness.  The are many Ascended Masters and angels of the Divine Law of One who assist in the inner plane ashram, and many who assist you, as you visit the ascension seats.  This is first and foremost, your beautiful city, dear ones.  It is for you, and our divine service is to assist you to reclaim your divine birthright, of which Shambhala is a part.

There is great beauty within Shambhala, halls of learning, halls of wisdom, many halls for the expression of the creative desire, as those who reside in Shambhala, joyously use their creative talents in the expression of forms of great beauty and harmony.  The city of Shambhala is filled with this beauty expressed in form, and your Shambhala is filled with the beauty and lushness of the perfection of nature at its best.  Peace, love, joy, abundance, and harmony, prevail in Shambhala, there is no other.  It is the final form of your heaven on earth, ready for you, as we have held it in safe keeping.

Within Shambhala are halls of wisdom, where those of the spiritual hierarchy meet frequently, to determine the ever changing assistance which they provide to you and your planet.  All is fluid, ever changing, and there is a constant monitor of the assistance given and changes in determining what may be given, within Cosmic Law.  You dear ones, with free will, delight and ever please us, a as we joyously watch you grow and expand and spread your angel wings into the beautiful beings you have always been.  It is most joyous to watch and be part of the grand awakening of your earth and her souls of human form.  We are here with you, blessed souls, until the last one comes home, even as we are evolving in our own evolution.  A part of each soul’s evolution is to be able to fragment consciousness and be present in many locations.  This is how we may evolve, yet remain here to assist you in your return to the higher realms, and we remain with you in the love and the joy of the Cosmic Heartbeat.

Call on me, I have not left you.  Feel my love, feel my presence, I am within you and without you, as we are one consciousness, and it is the consciousness of the God Source.  I enfold you in the love of the Cosmic Heart.

“A Message For The 10-10-10”

Dear Ones,

The request has been made for a special message for you, on the 10–10-10, this momentous occasion, as you move forth into the ascension.  The occasion for celebration continues to occur as each new triple date brings forth new wonders, opens new doors and pathways, for you to experience great cleansings, great progress on your path, and the achievement of the greatest levels you have available to you.  You are aligned and in position with the planetary bodies, the activations have and are occurring on mother earth, with the assistance of the blessed ones who are drawn to do these activations, as their divine service.  All is in place for you now to come into final preparation for the incorporation of your light body.

What does this mean, dear ones?  It means you have the potential and the ability to bring forth more light into your physical body than you had thought possible, than you have been able to do in the millennia you have been mired in the third dimension.  Now is the time for you to concentrate and focus your efforts on working within the latitude and the parameters of all that is being presented to you through the divine teachers who are in place around your planet.  It is no accident that those who are in the forefront are working in planetary service to bring forth this information.  The agreement was made in the higher realms before they incarnated, for them to do this.  You agreed before you incarnated to bring forth as much of your Divine I Am Presence, in this lifetime, as you are able to hold, with ease and grace.  You must integrate and use the light that you bring forth, and more will be given to you, and you are to radiate this light out to the earth and humanity.  This is the greatest gift you can give to yourselves, each other, mother earth, all life forms.  This is the gift that you came forth to anchor on the planetary level.

You came forth to experience the full light of your God Presence in the physical expression.  Keep your focus on the light and continue to ask for ease and grace as you release, release, and continue to release all the negativity that has accumulated within your field from the beginning of your sojourn upon planet earth.  Spend time each day, dear ones, in the conscious releasing of all that no longer serves your highest good and the highest good of all.  You must do this daily, as you release in layers, all that no longer serves you.  As you do this daily, you open the cells and every facet of your body and your field, to incorporate new light and new wisdom and new growth.  Your light quotient will increase dramatically.  You will be building your light body.

You must remain in honesty as you, dear ones, each day, go into self inquiry.  It does not serve you or any who are in relationship with you, for you to deny, and blame, and judge, and refuse to accept responsibility for that which is of your creation.  Accept responsibility for that which you have created.  Understand that you must live that which you have created, and then forgive yourselves.  Forgive yourselves, forgive all others, and release, release, release. Transmute with the Violet Flame all that you have released, and fill yourselves with the God light of the Mahatma.

The Mahatma presence is here upon the planet to allow you to tap into the highest levels of the God light, to assist you in returning to balance and harmony, and to assist you in drawing forth your light body, your Divine I Am Presence, the Mahatma energy.  They are all one and the same.  When you invoke the Mahatma, you are opening your vision to the expansiveness, the limitlessness, the eternal Cosmic Fire of all creation.  It is available to you, and you may bring the light of your Divine I Am Presence into your physical vessel and you may incorporate your light body.  It is time, beloved ones.  It is what you came here to do, to be joyous creators, as you experience the wonders of the physical expression.  Embrace it, be passionate for life, savor every moment of your blessed journey.  It is a most magnificent time here upon planet earth.

Many are lined up in the higher realms, waiting for physical incarnation.  You, blessed ones, agreed to incarnate, you agreed to be the full Divine expression in the physical.  You knew you were capable of this most magnificent feat, and you are, dear ones.  We delight in sharing your joys, your successes, as you become and be, the glorious light beings that you are, and radiate your light to the earth and humanity, and out to the cosmos.  You, dear ones, are lighting up the cosmos.  Your light is wondrous, your dedication, your diligence, your perseverance, which take you to heights that you are only now beginning to remember.  It is all within you, within the wisdom of your God Self.

We are here to assist you in this time of great joy, this time of great progression of your evolution.  Embrace this time, and allow us to enfold you in the unconditional love of the higher realms.

“A Message For The 10-10-10”

Beloved Ones,

As you move into the coming times, we ask you to be aware of and work more closely with your chakras and the twelve Rays, as you release all that no longer serves you.  All that you have lived is within your energetic signature.  It is the light which you radiate out to all others.  It is the love of your Sacred Heart; it is the very essence of who you are as you express your Divinity.  Your energetic signature may be light and bright or it may be filled with darkness and blemishes.  As you release each day, you will lighten your density and you will become the light of your Divine I Am Presence.   Assist yourselves in this transition, and use the twelve Rays as you bring in the personality of God, your I Am Presence.  The twelve Rays will help you cleanse and clear and bring forth the balance and the harmony which you desire.  The twelve Rays will assist you in bringing balance and harmony within your charka system and they will assist you in bringing forth and anchoring your light body into the physical.

The five higher Rays have been brought forth to give you even greater assistance, as you integrate the love of your Sacred Heart.  Beloved ones, call on the Eight Ray, this sea foam green with violet Ray, to clear and cleanse your four bodies.  Clear and cleanse your physical, emotional, and mental, and spiritual bodies, through the calling in of this Ray.  As you release in layers, each day, call upon this Ray.

Call upon the Ninth Ray for the love and the joy to assist you to stay within your passion for life, your great desire to become and be your light body, your Divine I Am Presence.  The Ninth Ray of luminescent light green and blue, and the light of God, will help you to further cleanse and release layers which no longer serve you.  This Ray will assist you in attracting your light body.

It is the Tenth Ray of pearlescent luminosity and God light, which will code your light body into the physical.  Cleanse and clear, beloved ones, cleanse and clear, so you may make way for your light body to fill the very essence of you, to fill your physical body and every aspect of you with the unconditional love, will, power, and wisdom of the Cosmos.  Intentionally draw in your Divine I Am Presence, and freely call on the Tenth Ray to assist you.  This Ray is of most great importance to you at this time.

The Eleventh Ray, of peach luminosity and God light, is the bridge to the New Age.  It will further help you clear remaining patterns which no longer serve you; it will help you bring into balance the remainder of the masculine and feminine polarities, as you integrate your Divine I Am Presence.

The Twelfth Ray is the glorious, luminous, white gold, God light.  It is the light of the Cosmos, the Cosmic Fire of all Creation.  It is the Heartbeat of God.  It is the Wisdom of God.  Draw it in, beloved ones, draw it in, incorporate it, ask for ease and grace in all that you do, and ask for ease and grace as you work with these Rays.  Call upon the amount of each Ray that is perfect for you in the Now Moment so that you will move forward in the love of your Sacred Heart, with full ease and grace.

Your beloved Michael and I, and all those of the higher realms, are most willing to assist you in every endeavor, but you, dear ones, must do the work.  Call on us, you are loved and supported by all of the higher realms.  I am here with you, in the love of your Sacred Heart.

Hello Dear Ones,

Archangel Michael and Sananda have guided me to share with you, a practical application for drawing in and integrating your Divine I Am Presence, and the Mahatma.

Each morning, go into meditation.  A morning meditation sets the tone for your day.  You want to recenter yourself in the physical body, from your night time activities.  Between soul travel, classes on the inner plane, and our dreams, we are very busy while we sleep!  Breathe deeply, and bring yourself into your Sacred Heart.

Now, just as you get dressed physically each day, you want to get dressed spiritually.

Place your golden sphere of protection (a gift from Archangel Michael) around you.  Once you have done this, you only need to reinforce it each morning, and before you go to sleep at night.  You may also place a pillar of divine light around you, the white light of God, tinged with gold.

Put on your spiritual, white robe of love, wisdom, and power.

Put on your blue flame spiritual armor, a gift from Archangel Michael.

Take up your Sword of Michael, and claim your personal power, today and every day, in service to the Divine.

Call on the Mahatma.  It is as simple as saying “I Am The Mahatma”.  You may say the affirmation often, during the day, as you draw in, and feel this expansive light.

Call in your Divine I Am Presence.  Breathe deeply, and ask your divine spiritual light body, your I Am Presence, to take dominion in every aspect and facet of you.  Ask your I Am Presence to think through you, feel through you, speak through you, and act through you, today and every day, in every Now Moment.  Feel this presence within you.

Visualize, and see your light body.  How does it feel, what does it look like?  What do you want to look like?  You are drawing in eternal youth.  Visualize yourself as you desire to be, and visualize yourself in perfect, vibrant, health.

Call upon the Twelve Rays.  Use your inner wisdom to determine which Ray or Rays to call in.  In regards to the five higher Rays, spoken of in Sananda’s message, you could call in the Eighth Ray for a cleansing of your four bodies.  You might call in the Ninth Ray for an infusion of joy, to begin your day.  Freely call on the Tenth Ray to assist you in coding in, and anchoring your light body into your physical body, or the Eleventh Ray to further assist you in integration and cleansing.  Call on the Twelfth Ray, for an infusion of the glorious God light.  Always ask for ease and grace, and ask for an infusion of a Ray, that is just perfect for you in the Now Moment.  Remember, more is not necessarily better, so use your discernment and inner wisdom as you call upon the Rays, so that you may experience ease and grace.

You may recenter yourself within your Sacred Heart and reinforce your light body, and the Mahatma energy, as guided, during the day.

Finally, express gratitude and appreciation for all the blessings in your life.  Do this throughout your day.  See, and focus on what is good in your world, and on the earth, and see the God Self in all others.

Once again, ask for ease and grace in every aspect and facet of you, and all that you do, each day.

“The Evolution Of Earth And Humanity”

Please explain the capacity in which you have served, through the evolution of earth and humanity.

Beloved and blessed ones, your evolution has been greatly impeded and hindered through the fall of humanity into the density of the lower expression of the desire body.  Your evolution has been interfered with, throughout your existence on earth, by others who have had their own desires and control of humanity in the forefront.  These beings have come to you in sheep’s clothing, offering you salvation, yet ultimately it was control of earth and control of you which they sought.  My position as your Planetary Logos has been to maintain continuity, maintain consistency in the light as greatly as I have been capable of accomplishing, even as humanity brought forth the lower expressions of their outer personalities.  My position has been to support the earth in her evolution, to embody the earth with my great and wondrous field which has encompassed and surrounded earth and humanity for millions of years.  I have held each one of you and the earth in the cradle of my arms, my body, my great and expansive field.  I have supported you, and held you in the physical expression so that you would not burn out your circuitry and the circuitry of mother earth.  You have come close on occasion, to the destruction of your planet and yourselves and the loss of your planet as your school, the place of your evolution.  You have come close dear ones, yet through the assistance of all those of the higher realms and the stability within the auric field of the earth, and my embodiment of this stability within the earth’s form, the destruction has been averted.

Imagine the vastness of your earth and all souls upon her.  My essence has held form and enfolded the earth and all souls upon her.  My love is within your soul, my love is within the heart and soul of the earth, as it is within your heart.  You have asked for the expansion of the heart, and you have asked for a greater understanding of your place in the Cosmos.  You have asked to return to your place in the Cosmos, and this, dear ones, is occurring now.  There will be no Armageddon.  There will be no great and all powerful destruction of your planet.  Through the love and the outpouring of support in the heart of you, humanity, you will make the transition into the higher realms with as much ease and grace, as each of you decide will be your reality.  The Armageddon that you have so often spoken, is the Armageddon between the human lower desire body and the love and the joy of the incorporation of your soul self and your monadic Presence.  Your Armageddon which you each have experienced will fall away as you choose to no longer have this experience.

I am no longer your Planetary Logos, yet I am still very deeply and profoundly a part of your evolution and assist the Buddha as he moves forth in his position as the Planetary Logos.  It is for this reason, that this messenger has chosen and been guided, to speak with me.

Dear Ones, each of you are consciousness.  You are individual, and you are one consciousness with the Whole.  The power of your thoughts and your love and your great desire to return to balance and harmony, and to assist the earth in love and joy, is the catalyst o bring you forth into the new age.  You must continue all your efforts and intensify them, to assist your dear earth as she releases the lower vibrations and the pain and suffering that she has so bravely allowed humanity to release into her very Being.  Your beloved mother earth has taken on much for you, dear ones, and now your must assist her in releasing it, and you must not continue, as a mass consciousness,  to fill her with the destructing frequencies of the lower third dimension.  Your earth is most gracious and most accommodating in assisting those of you with the sincere desire to release that which no longer serves you, and all humanity and creation.  She will lovingly take on the lower vibrations that you release, as you ask for her assistance.  With great love she will support you and transmute these vibrations for you.

You mother earth is well into forth density and can no longer absorb the mass consciousness of third density.  This is where you must assist her, as you send out the love light and the Violet Flame to transmute these lower densities so your earth does not have to take on this transmutation.  This is the most great and joyous assistance you can provide to your earth at this time.  You will assist your earth in moving through her transition with more ease and grace and you will assist her to be able to move through earth changes which are necessity for her passage into the higher realms.  The earth changes have been predicted to have been of great devastation, yet through your continued dedication to assist your earth, you have averted the tragedy of the destruction of your planet and you have averted the tragedy of great unnecessary devastations.

I have embodied your planet and all of you dear ones, regardless of your level of growth.  Each one of you is beloved, and has been enfolded in my auric field, my body and my heart through all your existence upon your earth.  I have been with you through the sequence of time, holding the Heartbeat of the Cosmos in place within earth and each one of you, for the time when you would be ready to acknowledge that you are the Cosmic Heartbeat.  Dear ones, the time is upon you, and I am here with you all, in the love and the joy of this momentous time.

Please explain how you are evolving now.

Dear ones, your evolution is ever changing and always expanding, as you will so joyously experience, as you each return to the light and love of your Sacred Hearts and allow the Heartbeat of the Cosmos to expand within you.  I too, am ever expanding and embody the cosmic heartbeat as I move forth on my evolution, in training to become a Solar Logos.  How great is the expansion as I move forth on this joyous path.  It is the path of embodying a solar system, of knowing and supporting and being the very essence of the intricate workings of this solar system.   There are many solar systems ready to receive new Solar Logos, as the natural progression of the expansion of consciousness,  allows those who have held this position to move forth in their growth and evolution.  All the beloved ones, the Ascended Masters who have been with you and assisted you through the third density, have held their evolution in check, to stay here with you, beloved ones, to assist you to move out of the density.  Now, as you move forward and release yourselves from this density, these great Beings of light are also able to move forward in their evolution, even as they are here assisting you.

The flow, the ebb of the Source consciousness is ever changing, ever in movement, and the movement into the light has been essential, as consciousness is always growing and expanding.  A static position is not possible, and the time had come to move forth into the light.  Any further downfall of vibrations for humanity would have created the demise which you have experienced in your past civilizations.  This time the cycle has come to completion and your forward movement into the expansion of the Cosmic Heartbeat is now assured.  The Cosmic Day must be fulfilled and you, dear ones, must return to your Source and fulfill the Cosmic Day as the Plan was intended.  The intention of the Plan has always been for you to return to Source.  The Plan was never for you to fall away from the light into utter darkness.  The reversal of the downfall has been created and now blessed ones, you are returning to your place in the light of your eternal God Selves.  As I move forth on my path, I embody a great expanded consciousness and I am here with you also, to assist you, when you call on me.  I have never left you, as my evolution and yours go hand in hand.

What other wisdom do you have to offer?

Dear Ones, we are one consciousness.  We are individualized expressions of this consciousness, and you, blessed souls, have free will to create that which you desire.  Choose to create your return to the light.  Choose to create the love, the joy, the abundance, the peace and harmony, which each one of you so desire.  Choose to assist your earth to return to the state of being, as the Garden of Edon, which she once was.  Choose to live in peaceful coexistence with the animal, the plant, and the mineral kingdoms.  Take not lives; take not the minerals of mother earth in use for greed and devastation of others.  Take instead, the cosmic wisdom which is being offered to you to assist you in creating your new reality, the new golden age which you are entering.  Be bold and bring forth the new expressions for energy, which are being offered to you through the Cosmic Wisdom.  This wisdom has been placed within the ethers surrounding your earth so that you may tap into it, those brave souls who are willing to bring it forth.  All the information you need to create energy to support all, in loving harmony, without the depletion of earth’s resources, is available to you for the asking.  There is no further need for the destruction of your earth’s resources.  And all may be abundantly supplied with that which they need for an abundant and joyful life existence.  You were not meant to scrape and “get by”.  Your basic need of food, shelter, and clothing, were always abundantly available to you through the technology which has always been available to you.  Bring it forth, use it, and your world will change so greatly for the better.

As the Ascended Masters of your realm are here with you, I too, am here for you to speak with, to communicate with, and to assist you in your journey into the expanded consciousness and the integration of the Cosmic Heartbeat.  Call on me.  Call on me to surround you in the love of the Cosmos, the love of the God Source.

Wisdom From The Ascended Masters, September 19, 2010

A Dialog Via The Akashic Records

What wisdom can you offer to us to assist us, when we feel “stuck” in all areas of our lives, and unable to move forward?

Blessed Ones, The challenges are coming to you so quickly, it is most understandable that many of you are discouraged, and many of you are feeling unable to move forward.  We ask you to “stop and smell the roses”, stop and bring yourself back into your Sacred Heart.  Cease what you are doing that is distressing you and simply take time to allow forgiveness.  Allow forgiveness for yourselves.  We cannot stress this enough.  When you are so hard on yourselves, and unwilling to forgive yourselves, you only perpetuate more of what is causing you to feel “stuck” in the first place.  Forgiving yourselves will release so much of the distorted vibrations that are causing you to be unable to move forward.   As you forgive yourselves, you are able to return once again to the vibration of love.  Self love, Dear Ones.  We cannot tell you enough, that you must keep returning to self love and you will find that all solutions will be found to what it is that is keeping you from moving forward.  The vibration of judgment and lack of forgiveness for yourselves, are vibrations which hold you in your ego body.  You raise your vibrations as you return to the vibration of love of self.  The vibration of love is the vibration which will most greatly assist you in finding solutions.  You have been told often, that the solution is always found at a higher vibration than the problem which you are seeking to solve.  This is great wisdom for you to remember and will assist you in once again moving forward   Apply this to all areas of your lives, Dear Ones, and your path will once again be cleared and lightened and your way will be clear to move forward once again.

As we ask you to “stop and smell the roses”, you will find you will be able to do so, when you have returned to the vibration of love.  Seek joy, Dear Ones, seek joy and love and remember that this lifetime will be completed in a short moment of eternity.  Do you want to live this life in pain and suffering or do you want to live it in love and joy?  It is a choice that each of you must make and we give you this information to guide you in accessing love and joy.

Take the time to be in nature, as the grounding influence of your mother earth and the nature spirits will assist you in returning to the love within your Sacred Heart.  Lie down upon your mother earth and feel yourselves sink within her loving embrace as she allows you to let go of all that does not serve you, and she absorbs it within her loving embrace.  Feel yourselves sink down into her soil and release all that has brought forth your feelings of being “stuck”.  Release it, and lay in the embrace of mother earth and become aware of the nature devas and spirits all around you, loving you, assisting you, embracing you, if you will let them.  Quiet moments in nature will do much to refresh you in your daily lives.

Take this time, Dear Ones, take a salt bath, light a candle, take a long walk, do what pleases you, when you find yourselves unable to move forward.  For those of you who feel you do not have the time to do this, we ask you, how much time are you wasting being in your lack of forward movement?  We assure you, you do have the time.  You will renew and refresh yourselves, and rejuvenate yourselves.  And finally, take particular time to meditate within the love of your Sacred Heart.  Feel this love, be this love.  You complete the circle as you had moved away from the love of your Sacred Heart, and now you will be able to move back into the love of your Sacred Heart.

How can you assist us to clear repetitive behavior patterns which we see in ourselves, but have been unable to change or transmute?

Dear Ones, this messenger has an analogy which was given to her, to assist her in recognizing behavior patterns which did not serve her.  It is an analogy which also allowed her to see the humor in these situations.  When you find yourselves repeating a behavior pattern which does not serve you, see the visualization of a juke box, and you may assign a number to the particular behavior.  When you find yourself bringing forth the behavior which does not serve you, see the juke box in your mind, see the button associated with this behavior being pushed, and you may see the juke box jumping up and down and side to side as its “buttons” are pushed.  We hope this bit of humor will assist you in seeing behaviors you would like to change, as they come forth in your life.  And the humor may assist you in the moment, to lighten up and shift the behavior.

Dear Ones, you take yourselves so seriously.  If you could see yourselves as we see you, you would not be so serious.  You are divine, glorious, beings of light, of a magnificence that you are unable to see, or comprehend.  We ask you to know that it is so, and you have all the gifts, talents and abilities to transcend all that does not serve you.

What other wisdom would you like to offer regarding clearing repetitive behavior patterns?

We ask you to intensify your use of the Violet Flame.  Identifying the patterns that you choose to release is such a great stride toward moving forward.  When you are honest with yourselves and do the self inquiry work needed to help you move forward, you are living in the truth and integrity which will assist you toward forward movement.  Self inquiry is of great importance in moving forth.  Identify the behavior patterns which are keeping your from a higher truth.  Call on the Violet Flame, call on St Germaine, Lady Portia, Archangel Zadkiel, Lady Amethyst, and call on all the angels of the Violet Flame, who are here to assist you in working with the Violet Flame.  Call forth your I Am Presence, to active the Violet Flame.  The Violet Flame will come forth from the higher realms, and it will come forth to you from within the earth.  The Violet Flame will then blaze forth through your Sacred Heart.  It is as if you are surrounded in a whirlwind of this cool and transforming flame.  You will not be given more than you are able to use, and when you intensify your use of the Violet Flame, you will be given more.  Daily, use the Violet Flame.  Each time you find yourselves in one of the repetitive behavior patterns you would like to change, transmute it with the Violet Flame. Throughout the day, breathe the Violet Flame, send it down into the earth as a gift, and bring it back up and out through your Sacred Heart center, front and back, in the form of the infinity sign, as you exhale.  Breathe it out to the earth, humanity and all life forms.  Fill yourselves with the Violet Flame and intend that you carry the Violet Flame in your field at all times, and as you breathe in and out, that you send it out to earth and al life forms.  You will be given more as you use the Violet Flame to transform yourselves and assist all others around you.

There is an ebb and flow, as you integrate that which you have learned and that which is being presented to you, to learn.  Allow yourselves, to move within the ebb and flow.  Your ebb and flow is also affected by the planetary bodies and astrological events.  As you become aware of this, it will assist you, as you understand that there are greater forces at work in the Divine plan, and the Divine blueprint has many intricate workings which affect each and every one of you.  Know that you cannot always be aware of the nuances of that which is occurring in the ascension process.  Return to the love within your hearts, always, Dear Ones, and you will be able to flow in the divine timing, and the ebb and flow of the universe.

“More On Relationships”  Via The Akashic Records

How can you assist us to see conflicted relationships as supportive relationships?

Blessed Ones, your relationships offer many pearls of wisdom and many spiritual tests and lessons to both you and the ones with whom you are in relationship with.  For you to have a supportive relationship with another, you must approach each relationship in this way.  Every relationship is a supportive relationship.  Every relationship will assist you to grow in your understanding, your wisdom and your personal power, if you will allow it.  Each relationship is a mirror of the lessons and the spiritual growth you are in the process of integrating.  For the other person, it is so also, as you will each mirror to the other, the lessons and tests which harmonize within the relationship to enhance your learning experience.  Each relationship may become supportive for each person when you will understand this, and you will approach each interaction in the allowing and acceptance of your lessons and tests.

You must have the understanding that you are also assisting the other in gaining wisdom and spiritual growth.   Allowing this relationship to present these lessons and tests will bring you clarity within the relationship, and harmony where there may have been none. You have the responsibility to be supportive to the other person, as many are in victim consciousness.  When you are aware of this, as you hold a higher vibration, you must stand in your integrity and you must intentionally hold the higher vibrations.  It is your responsibility as a Master to be in truth, and assist the other, when you are aware they are in victim consciousness.  Sometimes, it is as simple as giving no response, as a response which “pushes their buttons”, is a response which continues their belief in their status as a victim.  Hold the vibration of love and you will assist them as greatly as you are able to, and you will have responded in the way of a Master.   You will have enhanced your spiritual growth also.

How can you assist us to remain in love and neutrality, rather than judgment?

Dear Ones, when you are in judgment, you are not right with Self.  You are projecting onto another that which you are out of balance with, within Self.  Practice through deep breathing, and repeating the word, “neutrality”.  This practice will assist you into peace and harmony, all being of much the same vibration.  Neutrality is a great gift to assist you as you interact with another.  Holding the intention to remain in neutrality will allow you to set aside your own beliefs.  You are more able to remain in the love of your Sacred Heart when you are able to hold the vibration of neutrality.  This, Dear Ones, is a great tool to assist you in your relationships.

Beloved Masters and Teachers, what other wisdom would you like to offer at this time, to assist us in our relationships?

Dear Ones, see the potential within another.  See this blessed potential within each soul you are in relationship with.  See the potential for each person to be the Master Soul they came here to learn how to be.  See them as already having achieved this, as you see yourself already having achieved this.  You are each a Master Soul, realizing this potential within you now.  Each soul is an incarnation of God.  Approach your interactions with others in the way.  See the God Self in all others.  See the God Self in yourself.  It can be most difficult to see this in others that you have the closest relationships with, as these relationships are so “charged” with your beliefs about yourself and your beliefs and preconceived thoughts about how the other will respond and act.  Release these preconceptions, and open to the new potential of allowing the other to respond from their God Self.  Hold the vibration of Love and you will assist them to respond in this way and you will assist yourself to respond from your highest potential.

Your relationships provide you with the greatest opportunity for spiritual growth.  You may achieve and integrate a renewed understanding, wisdom, and belief in your own potential to expand into the Master consciousness, when you allow the vibration of this potential to permeate into your relationships.  Set aside preconceived beliefs and expectations and see yourself and all others, as God assisting God, to know God.

And finally, love each other, Dear Ones.  It is what you came here to do.  You came here to love.  Within this love you will, within your intentions of releasing negative, low vibrations, achieve the mastery that you came here to realize.  Embrace yourselves and all others, the earth, and all life forms in the vibrations of love.  It is your potential.  It is the potential of all life forms.  Every life form on earth responds to the vibrations of love.  Be this vibration, Dear Ones, you will transform yourselves, the earth, and all life.

We are the Ascended Masters. Our love surrounds you and we are here to assist you to be Love.  Call on us.  We will assist you to raise your vibrations to the vibrations of Love.

“Relationships”  Via The Akashic Records

Please explain the concept of seeing others as our Master Teachers.

Dear Ones, you will assist yourselves greatly in your quest to bring harmony and balance into your relationships, when you see each interaction with another as an opportunity to learn.  You may be greatly assisted if you will stand back and see each one in your life as a Master Teacher.  It matters not if it is a close love relationship, if it is a family relationship, if it is a passing relationship with someone you meet in your daily life.  It could be in relationship to someone that your work with.  Each relationship is an opportunity to learn spiritual lessons.  Each opportunity will present you with growth and wisdom if you are willing to see your relationships from this aspect.

Your relationships are your greatest opportunity for growth, as you will be tested each day, and you will have lessons presented to you each day.  The people, places, and situations you draw to you are the exact people, experiences, and situations needed for you to learn lessons and gain wisdom.  You may simply use the term Master Teacher as you see each person you interact with, throughout the day.  This will be a very simple trigger and a reminder that this person has something to say to you, something to teach you, even if it is a very short encounter.  There is always something to be learned in every situation.  The interaction with another does not have to be one of stress, or charged emotions, to be a situation for learning and wisdom gained.  A simple conversation, may present much wisdom to you, if you are aware that the person you are speaking with has been drawn to you for a reason and has something of great value and wisdom to impart to you.

How can we assist ourselves to be open to this concept each day?

First and foremost, listen, Dear Ones.  Set aside the need to be right.  You ego greatly comes into play when one must continually speak in defense, pressing their own thoughts, beliefs and concepts upon another.  Listen and hear, truly hear what the other person has to say.  Allow them to speak all that they choose to speak and remain silent after they are finished speaking.  There will be a reduction of the charged energy of the situation, if it is one of stress, as the other person will know that they have been heard.  This, Dear Ones, allows you also, the time to choose your thoughts and words carefully, and stay centered in love.  When you remain in the state of love and listen, all can be resolved in love.  Deep breathing will assist you to stay centered in your heart, as you quietly listen.  Holding the thought form of this person as your Master Teacher, will assist you as you listen, and truly hear what it is that the other person has to teach you.  You will find yourselves able to express yourselves more clearly, when it is your turn to speak, when you have truly listened to the other person as your Master Teacher, as you stay centered in love.

Please explain the concept of raising the vibrations when we are interacting with others, to resolve situations which are out of balance and harmony.

Dear Ones, if you know you are about to engage in an emotionally charged encounter, take the time to meditate for a few minutes with the intention of raising your own vibrations to the highest possible vibrations you are capable of holding with ease and grace.  As you become adept in the process, you will be able to do it in only a few moments.  High vibrations will assist low vibrations to rise.  The low vibrations will seek equilibrium with the higher vibrations.  Intend to fill the room with the vibrations of love, intend for the situation to be resolved for the highest outcome for all concerned.  Intend for love, joy, harmony and balance and peace, to prevail.  Breathe deeply and call upon us to assist you to maintain the vibrations in the vibrations of love.  We will assist, you, but you must ask.  Call upon the Ascended Masters, and the angels and all beings of the Divine Law of One, which resonate with you.  We will assist you.  It is Cosmic Law that you must ask, before assistance may be given.

Dear Ones, you will find that miracles occur and situations that you thought had no resolution in the higher light, can be resolved in good will, with the highest outcome for all concerned.  It is the power of love and wisdom and the will to hold these vibrations, which has assisted you and all involved to bring balance and harmony into the situation.

What wisdom can you share with us, to help us to maintain balanced and harmonious relationships?

Beloved Ones, set your egos aside.  In relationships based on Christ consciousness, there is no room for the ego.  There is no room for the lower vibrations, fear, and the emotions of the ego.  You must set your intentions for every moment to be one of the God Self, to be a moment in your Christ consciousness.  You must set your intention to think, speak, feel, and act only in the God consciousness of your Divine Self.  Hold foremost in your mind that each soul is on their own journey, each soul is on a different path, a different journey than you are, and you must hold compassion and unconditional love for all souls.  Do not compare yourself to another, as you will find yourselves lacking.  There will always be souls who are farther along on their spiritual journey than you are, and do not compare yourselves to those that are seemingly not on their spiritual path.  Every soul is on their path at all times.  It is their choices made through free will, their thoughts, their actions, their feelings, which determine where they are on their path.  Superiority and inferiority are emotions of the ego.  It does not serve the highest good of any and all when comparisons of the ego are made with another.

Beloved Ones, you must set your boundaries, and hold your personal power in love and compassion as you hold the intention for the highest outcome at all times, in unconditional love.  Maintain your strength and courage with the intention to stay centered in peace and harmony.  You will find that you will indeed maintain peace, harmony, love, and joy even when others around you become unbalanced.  Your inner strength and love will assist them to return to balance and harmony.

Dear Ones, you are meant to walk as Masters. The Master remains calm and heart centered in love and will, wisdom and compassion, even as the Master claims their personal power, with kindness toward all.  It can be done, Dear Ones, and it is a path of great rewards.  As you climb the spiritual mountain, you will find that great strength, courage, trust, and faith will assist you greatly.  You will find that you are never alone and you will be assisted as much as we are able to assist you, as you show your dedication and your diligence and your perseverance to lift yourselves up to the higher realms, to your home among the stars.  Go the distance, Blessed Ones, go the distance.  You have only forgotten the joy, the love, the beauty, the harmony, the exquisiteness of the higher realms.  Each step of the way brings you new remembrance and new beginnings.

Call upon us, Dear Ones, Call upon us in love, in joy, in challenges.  Call upon us.

What wisdom can you offer to those who are struggling on their spiritual path?

Dear Ones, it is a time of great learning and accelerated growth.  Each of you chose to incarnate at this time, knowing that the path would be filled with many spiritual lessons and tests for each of you.  Do not despair, as you have all the spiritual gifts available to you to assist you on your journey.  As you incarnated you asked for and were given, the appropriate spiritual gifts to assist you in your transformation.  You must go into meditation and ask for your spiritual gifts to be activated, to be made aware to you and you must begin to use theses spiritual gifts to assist you.  Every soul on this planet has spiritual gifts available to them.

You must hold your determination at the forefront.  You must use discrimination and you must continue to trust that you are up to this challenge that is before you.  When you look back upon this lifetime, you will see it as a most blessed gift, the lifetime that you had been waiting for, for eons.  This is it, and the challenges are great.  In the human realm you say to each other, ‘that which is worth having is worth working for” and “what is worth having most is what you must work the hardest for”.

Sometimes the spiritual path requires you to release, as much as it requires you to work hard.  The hard work you will be required to do, comes to you in the form of educating yourself, as to the nuts and bolts of what is required to raise your consciousness.  You must do the work to stay within your heart center each Now Moment, which requires the diligence of noticing your thoughts each moment. There is the work which is required of you, of learning how to follow the straight and narrow path, of always making the highest choices of the Master.  You must ask yourself in each moment, if the choices you are making and the thoughts you are thinking are the thoughts, actions, and choices of a Master.  As you raise your consciousness, much is expected, as much is given.  You are expected to live in impeccability, as a Master.  Do not despair, Dear Ones, you have not been given more than you can handle.

The process of releasing the old outworn vibrations which no longer serve you will greatly assist you, as you raise your consciousness.  Releasing the low vibrations will make way for the new and higher vibrations, which will allow you to come into the peace and harmony, and the love and the joy, which you are seeking to be.

Meditate when you are in despair, when your trails and struggles seem so great.  Meditate and ask to connect to the Ascended Masters and the angels whom you resonate with.  We are here to assist you and we will help you in the moment to return to the love of your Sacred Heart, if you will connect with us.  Ask us to give you a shower of light and love. This will greatly assist you to return to the love of your Sacred Heart.  Feel our love, and you will return to balance and harmony within your heart.  Allow us to assist you.  Allow the company of the heavens to assist you.  You are never alone and we will assist you to the greatest extent allowed by Cosmic Law.  Bask in the vibrations of the Ascended Masters and feel the love and support offered to you.   You will greatly enhance your journey and you will move forward more easily and gracefully upon your spiritual path which you have chosen.

How do we come to the place of total surrender to God?

Beloved Ones, you must have a clear knowing of what it is you desire, and your desire must be that which is for your highest good and for the highest good of all.  You must be very clear about what it is that you desire.  Many of you vacillate from one moment to the next and you are not at all clear about what it is you choose to create.  God is most desirous of fulfilling all your dreams and desires, as God knows no lack and limitation.  This is the human condition which you have experienced in the third dimensional reality.  You are the God Source, so you too, are limitless, having every experience available to you which you choose to experience for your highest good and the highest good of all.

Be in meditation and breathe deeply and ponder upon the expansiveness and the limitlessness of God, of you, of all Creation.  Blend your consciousness, your physicality, and your total and complete awareness in this deep, deep knowing of all Creation.  This is you, Dear Ones.  Feel this.  Incorporate it into your very Beingness.  For you are all Creation.  Draw this substance of all Creation into your physical body, your mental and emotional bodies, and fill your heart with the love of the Creator, this unconditional love of Source.  Meditate upon this often, and each time you do so, surrender to this unconditional love of all creation, surrender to the God Source.  It is you.  Surrender to this knowing. Surrender and allow this life force to flow through you unimpeded.  This, Dear Ones, is the surrender you are asking for and in this moment you may surrender your desire and dreams to the God Source, to all Creation, and know that you are in alignment with all Creation, as you have asked for your dreams and desires to be for your highest good and the highest good of all Creation.  As you are in the universal flow of life force substance, you are in the flow of abundance, love, joy, peace and harmony and the fulfillment of your desires.

How do we find the place of trust and faith?

Trust and faith is a byproduct of raised consciousness.  As you begin to let go of that which no longer serves you, you come into the awareness that there is no separation, there is only One Mind, One Heart, and that is the mind and heart of God and it is the mind and heart of you.  As you begin to understand, and know this truth, you develop the wisdom of the knowing and along with this wisdom, comes the ability to trust and have faith that you are One with the God Mind and One with the God Heart.  All that God knows and experiences is yours for the asking.  God knows only light without needing to know darkness.  There becomes trust and knowing and faith that this experience is available to you also, as you are God.

How do we “let go and let God”?

Breathe Dear Ones, with the conscious intention of letting go of all that no longer serves your highest good. Breathe with the intention of filling yourselves with the vibration of the All That Is.  There is no need to hold tightly to all that you desire in the human realm.  The All That Is knows all your dreams and desires and there is no room for lack and limitation within the All That Is.  Fill yourselves with the All That Is, breathe it in, breathe and breathe continually.  Breath in the prana, the elixir of life and you will have no room for the lower vibrations which limit you and block your manifestation of your dreams and desires.  Fill yourselves with the All That Is, Dear Ones.  It is so simple yet most do not understand how vital is the process of deep breathing, and how this fills your very Being with the God Source.  You have “let go and let God”, when you fill each Now Moment in this way.

What other wisdom would you like to offer at this time?

Dear Ones, release the old patterns of low self worth.  You are the God Source and the Divine Mind.  The Divine Mind knows only unconditional love, as the Divine Mind is unconditional love.  You are the Divine Mind.  Feel it, breathe it, Be it.  And fill your moments with this unconditional love.  Feel this love in meditation and every moment as you breathe.  Know that this love is you, and fill yourselves with this love, be this love and fill your field with this love.  Look in the mirror every day and see the beautiful Being that you are, and love yourself as you look at your reflection in the mirror.  Love the beautiful physical body which is your vessel which you have chosen for this lifetime.  It has served you well and will continue to serve you well if you will shower it with love and take care of it as befitting of a Divine vessel of God.

Love yourselves, Dear Ones, and as you do, you will radiate this love outward to the earth and humanity and all life forms.  You will be filled to overflowing with love, and your life will be filled with abundance and miracles and you will have a bounty of love to share with all those around you.  You will not only greatly assist yourselves in the transformation you desire, but you will greatly assist the earth and all life forms in this great shift of the ages.
